Osian Chlorophyll will have 10 towers of 16 floors offering 1050 apartments with 1, 2, 3 bed-rooms,
along with duplexes and penthouses. Osian Chlorophyll includes an Olympic size swimming pool,
Hanging bridge connecting all towers to form a jogging-track on the 16th floor, club houses in each block
(with gymnasium, indoor games facilities, etc), fully air-conditioned apartments and a lot more features
and amenities
The project, yet to get off the blocks, has 10 towers with 16 floors each. These towers are inter-connected
via sky bridges. The web of connecting sky bridges make up a one-kilometer jogging track.
It features a remarkable jogging track on the terraces of its towers. “A jogging track, 800m to a kilometer long,
will meander across all terraces of the ten 16-floor towers. Interconnections between towers will be made through
sky bridges. Creepers will be grown on the parapets of the track and the sky bridges,” says J.T. Krishnakaanth,
sales and marketing head, SPRRG. “Further promoting the idea of healthy living spaces, we are installing terrace
gardens in all the blocks.”
