VGN Krona - Residential Project in Gerugambakkam
VGN Builders is coming up with a residential project closer to PSBB Millennium School, in Gerugambakkam.
This residential Project is named as “Krona” meant Sweden Currency.

I heard that this project is not having Gated Community. The roads in this layout is common roads (panchayat roads having public access) for the other layouts.
My goodness they quote 3400 per sq ft and they charge 4500 per sq ft. This is too much for that place. It was only 2000 per sq ft till last month and since the launch of this project people have increased the cost of it to 2500 or 2700, still there is 2000 per sq/ft differece with other developers. Well if u r rich and have hell of money go for this. Becaz it cant be a good investment too. think of it and enquire the other projects before investing in it. Dont waste ur time going and seeing the project.
Cost per square feet is 2600-3000 in that area...even before KRONA. My friend has bought a flat in BT Nagar 4 months back and it was 2600 per square feet.I am not aware of the rate now. 4500 is tooooo much even in case of such a quality construction of VGN.
As far as the area is concerned it is still a bit of village. You can call it a fresh air...serene location...no pollution zone etc.,...
I have also bought a land at BT Nagar 3 months back. Keeping guindy as a centre point...draw a circle with 10 KM radius...if you find any place which is less than the cost at gerugambakkam...pls let me know....I have searched a lot before finalizing this place for investment. Schools like Omega, PSBB & PonVidyashram are plus. Definitely upcoming area..
