By year 2012 Prestige Group launching the residential township project near Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Hospital Porur. It is titled as Prestige Bella vista, awaits for details.
It is expected to be of 5,047,364 square feet of total construction.

BUYER BEWARE - don't get blown away with the beautiful model apartments and prestige's reputation.The clients who come to book their dream,bella vista apartments are not informed of a stupendous mortgage existing against the very same plot on which bella vista is to be completed by 2015- an 80 Crore mortgage .. Ask for the original of their latest encumberance certificate- and verify with a competent lawyer. What's more- they not only conceal the information about the mortgage,but also refuse to produce a legal N.O.C. from the Lender,to the client,during agreement signing-which is the legal right of the client.
ReplyDeleteAnd after you've paid your booking amount of 3.5 lakhs by cheque to them,in good faith,when you ask for legal formalities and relevant documents,during signing- you are refused the same and told 'Take it or leave it'....' Not one comma on agreement will be changed'...and the marketing people,try to intimidate clients and their lawyers with such unprofessional unwillingness to abide by legal formalities.
